What industries do you work in?

I have worked in a wide range of industries, from IT to automotive, and pharmaceutical to finance and insurance. What I have found is that the issues confronting various industries are more similar than you’d think. The common factor in all these industries is human interaction and people navigating through their organisational structures and cultures. The human psychology that drives our relationships and motivations is essentially the same and I have found this to be true whether I’m working with corporate bankers or an NGO. So the issues I deal with are completely industry-independent. I focus on people.

What languages do you work in?

I’m fluent in English and German. I also speak conversational French.

What countries do you work in?

I’m prepared to travel almost anywhere, but I have worked in the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States, France and Luxembourg.

What formats do you offer?

I offer workshops and seminars, as well as coaching, which can be one-on-one or team-focused. I also deliver presentations and keynotes which can be designed around a particular theme or event, for example an annual sales conference or personal motivation. I also offer a service to help identify areas where coaching, seminars or workshops could be helpful to enhance. As a facilitator, I ‘midwife’ ideas in brainstorming-sessions where some of the most groundbreaking and innovative solutions are found.
